The Club

A club built around her.

Vy began with a simple refusal: that strength training for women should not mean louder rooms, harder sells and someone else's idea of progress. So we built the opposite.

A letter from the founder

We wanted a room we would never leave.

For years I trained in spaces that were not built for me. Bright, loud, crowded, measured in things that had nothing to do with how I wanted to feel. The good days were good in spite of the room, not because of it.

Vy is the room I wanted. Women only, kept small, with real coaching and the kind of quiet that lets you concentrate. Fewer, better movements. No discounts to chase, no contracts to escape. A place that treats your time and your body as worth protecting.

If that is the room you have been looking for too, the door is open.

Created by women, for women.

What we hold

Three convictions, one standard.

I

Strength, refined.

Power and elegance are not opposites. We build both, with precision and restraint.

II

A space that's ours.

Women only by design. The room, the light, the pace and the people, shaped entirely around her.

III

Train with intention.

Depth over noise. Fewer, better movements, with room to breathe between them.
