Every class is led, never streamed to a screen. Capped numbers, so the room stays hers.

Cycling
The ultimate indoor ride on Stages bikes. Low-impact cardio set to lights and music — Rock Star Cycling and rhythm rides that turn endurance into a performance.

Boxing
Martial-arts-inspired conditioning. Fight Fit and bag work that sculpt strength, sharpen coordination and lift cardio.

HIIT
High-intensity circuits across varied equipment — SHE-HIIT, Burn Circuit and strength & conditioning, built to challenge every part of the body.

Reformer
Sculpt, stretch and strengthen on the Pilates carriage — one deliberate movement at a time. Reformer and mat work for control and length.

Mind & Body
Yoga, barre and mobility to connect mind, body and breath. Vinyasa, Hatha and power yoga to build strength and stay present.
